Laura Hargitt is Community Manager who has built a career in the industry managing HOAS and Condos of all shapes and sizes.  She came to MacPhersons with a boatload of experience and the strongest references imaginable and has not it a rough patch yet.    Every board member who works with her senses her attention to detail, care and calm when it comes to solutions to hard problems.   At over 20 years in this industry, Laura is an expert in Budgeting, governance and always has an answer based in facts, not opinions.   She loves the Puget Sound and water in general with her favorite hobbies as Sailing and Swimming.  But her most favorite thing to do is spending time with her family and grandkids.
