Jeana McDonald brings 35 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with over 20 of that exclusively dedicated to serving Community Associations. She has experience in Association Accounting and Management of Associations as well as Executive Management of Association Management Companies. To round out this experience, she is also a Licensed Real Estate Managing Broker and Professional Coach. She brings a passion for building teams and partnerships and a love of people to everything she does. Referred on the team as ‘The Wizard’ because she is behind every training, best practice and teaches everyone on our team how to be the best Community Association Manager they can be. She lives with her husband and two cats Piper and Poe and her favorite place to get away from work is any Ocean Beach!
