Jacki Wilburn is our Accounts Receivable expert with over 20 years experience in the field. She is the accounting departments outward facing side – calling and doing collections and finding solutions for our community members with balances and money due. Always hard to call and ask for money, her voice, attitude and overall aura are that of helpful, fun and easy to get along with. We have seen her turn the toughest of callers into advocates as she leads with empathy and understanding. She loves the Kraken and watching her grandsons grow up and compete in sports and school.
