Colby Hillson was hired in 2022 from a competitor. He cut his teeth in the industry working for a large vendor and doing Accounts Receivables and billing. This was a great place to learn the ins and outs of community management, how to deal with insurance companies, how to problem solve and how to coordinate all the parts when you must put something back together. Colby has a calm demeanor, can think on his feet, and can settle down even the most emotional and angry community member by letting them know they are heard and that we all have a mission to make things right. He has a portfolio focused on the Eastside – up and down 405 and Mercer Island. He lives that direction and in his free time plays on a co-ed Soccer team and loves all the local sports teams!
