Community Association Manager
Brian Harrington has an extensive 15+ year background in Non-Profit Management and Fundraising. This led him to Community Management where he can use these same skills to guide boards, create budgets, help people with their homes and problem solve. Hired by MacPhersons in 2020, Brian has served as our Focus desk coordinator before growing into his own portfolio of accounts. His customer service skills are second to none, as he listens, shows empathy and is always looking for a way to Solve the issue at hand. His portfolio has grown into 7 communities. He is also a licensed real estate agent and has sold homes for the company since 2020. He is a native of Seattle, graduate of both Bishop Blanchet and Western Washington. He lives in Brier with his wife and 3 children, loves the Mariners, Seahawks and (Soon to return) Supersonics!
