Heather started her career in Community Management in 2017 and has been a star in the industry. She has managed all shapes and sizes of communities, holds her CMCA and AMS and is working towards completing her PCAM in 2025 . She understands the needs of her various communities and does a great job communicating and getting results. Her territory is the I-405 corridors from Kent to her home in Kirkland. She lives with her husband and two sons as well as a French bulldog Mercedes and kitty Ivy. In her spare time she enjoys doing paranormal investigations, traveling, and playing bingo.
